Terms of Service

1. Authorized Use Only

TechMights Hosting Portal is intended strictly for authorized TechMights clients to manage website files on approved hosting accounts. You must only connect to websites and servers you own or have explicit authorization to administer.

2. Prohibition of Proxying & Scanning

The portal may not be used as an open proxy, port scanner, network probe, or relay into private networks. Attempts to enter internal or unapproved hosts will result in automatic security alerting and immediate account suspension.

3. Administrator Approval & Suspension

All client registrations and website connection requests require administrator approval. TechMights reserves the right to suspend any account, revoke connection access, or lock file modifications during security investigations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Clients are solely responsible for taking backups before modifying or deleting website files. While the portal enforces directory jailing and path safety, TechMights is not liable for unintentional modifications or deletions made by client users.
